Mr. Bookbinder formed Bookbinder Capital Management LLC ("BCM") in 1999 and is actively involved in all aspects of fund management including portfolio allocation, manager research, and due diligence. Mr. Bookbinder currently manages two funds of funds, The Roebling Fund LP launched October 1999, and TerraVerde Capital Partners LP, launched July 2009.

Prior to forming BCM, Mr. Bookbinder was a Founding Principal of Sandler O'Neill & Partners, L.P, a leading investment bank specializing in middle-market financial institutions. Previously, Mr. Bookbinder was a Limited Partner and Associate Director in fixed-income sales at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. and before that he directed the sale of municipal bonds to high net worth individuals at L.F. Rothschild & Co. He began his career in the fixed income area of J.B. Hanauer & Co.

Mr. Bookbinder is registered with the National Futures Association as an NFA Associate Member, and currently holds a Series 3 registration with FINRA. Mr. Bookbinder earned a B.A. in Economics from Upsala College.

Mr. Bookbinder also is a member of the Social Investment Forum, the American Council on Renewable Energy, and CERES. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Darrow School, New Lebanon, NY, and a member of the Board of Visitors and Governors Investment Committee of Washington College, Chestertown, MD. He also serves as the external advisor to the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Hedge Fund Club. His book, Fund of Funds Investing: a Roadmap to Portfolio Diversification, was published by John Wiley & Sons in 2009.

Ms. Rockman is a Research Associate at BCM. Ms. Rockman has experience in a variety of areas in today's capital markets including institutional equity and fixed income sales and trading, equity research, investment banking, and marketing.

Currently, Ms. Rockman is responsible for new manager research, ongoing research of current portfolio holdings, and providing statistical summaries for asset allocation. She reviews manager correlation and performance attribution, and is responsible for developing statistical analytics and preparing all presentation materials for the Funds. She also has an analytical proficiency in hedge funds across various investment strategies, and has an in-depth knowledge of Pertrac, Bloomberg, and several on-line institutional hedge fund databases. Ms. Rockman also coordinates the financial reporting and monthly/quarterly accounting between BCM/TVCM's administrators and auditors, and coordinates the annual audit in the preparation for the release of BCM/TVCM's K-1s.

Prior to joining BCM, Ms. Rockman was an Analyst with Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown's Institutional Equity group. After completing the London-based Equity Training Program, she returned to the New York equity sales team where she had a variety of responsibilities including analyzing multi-industry equity research, and maintaining client relations relating to market development.

Ms. Rockman holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University.
